Tunelo keeps cookies to a minimum. We use optional Google Analytics that is only switched on if you consent, alongside privacy-friendly, cookieless usage metrics from our host (Vercel). We never run advertising cookies.

Analytics cookies (with consent)

When you click Accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 sets the following cookies to measure aggregate usage. Click Decline and these are never written — analytics runs in a restricted, cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode) instead. IP addresses are anonymised.

• _ga — distinguishes visitors. Expires after ~2 years.
• _ga_R8J782SCCK — keeps session state for our GA4 property. Expires after ~2 years.

Functional storage (always on)

These small items live in your browser only and are never used for tracking:

• tunelo-consent (local storage) — remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again.

Cookieless analytics

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. It runs regardless of your Google Analytics choice.
